BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by requesting a service online via our BOOK NOW. If you are a new client, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service is required at the time of booking.
We recommend reserving services at least 2 weeks in advance, and 4 weeks in advance for weekend appointments to ensure you receive the date and time you desire.
What time shall I arrive?
To enhance your experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Arriving late can potentially interfere with your service time.
What if I'm late for my reservation?
Arriving late will merely limit the time of your treatment/service, reducing its efficacy. Your service/treatment will end on time, so the next guest will not be delayed. In addition, if you are more than 10 minutes late for any lash or facial appointments you will be asked to reschedule and expect to be charged a rescheduling fee.
TREATMENT AND SERVICES
Is there a minimum age for treatments and services?
Yes! Guest of Graceful Beauty must be at least 14 years or older to receive services. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and the adult must remain on-site while the minor is receiving services/treatments.

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are a case of personal discretion and reflect the fulfillment of service.
What method of payment is acceptable?
New clients: A deposit of half the service price must be paid in order to request a reservation. All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
Are gift cards available from Graceful Beauty?
You may purchase gift cards via GIFT CARDS.
What is your scheduling policy?
We value your business and ask that you respect our business’ scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation and/or rescheduling. Any cancellations and/or rescheduling with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a fee amounting to half or full cost of the scheduled reservation. Same day cancellations and No-Show will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled reservation.
What if my cycle begins before my reservation?
If you have previously booked a reservation and your cycle begins, you can still keep your appointment as we will still service you at that time. We just ask that you wear a tampon to your appointment. If you would like to reschedule your reservation, you will be charged a rescheduling fee.
